Directly responsible for supporting approximately 112,000 IRR service-members across the continental United States and abroad actively assists in the process of Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) letters conducts personnel distribution analysis conducts analysis on and inputs administrative updates. Serves as a Senior Human Resources Sergeant NCO for Army Human Resources Command (HRC) G1. Served as the Platoon Sergeant for the 2nd Platoon, 48th Human Resouces Company responsible for the health and welfare of 20 Soldiers and their families responsible for providing postal support to the military communities of City, serving over 25,000 Soldiers, retiress, civilians and their families responsible for Soldier's training and readiness and the accountability and maintenance of of over $1,850,00 of MTOE and United States Postal Service equipment manages all Soldiers technical and tactical training.

Serves as a Postal Supervisor in XX Human Resource Company, Postal Platoon responsible for the health, welfare, morale, training, and professional development of seven Soldiers and two Noncommissioned Officers responsible for providing postal support for an area of operations with a population of 4,200 Soldiers, Contractors, and DOD Civilians responsible for the ordering, accountability and maintenance of 140,000 dollars of postal supplies, equipment, and postage. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape, and digital files are and shall remain the property of the Foundation.Responsible for the operations and training of the Postal Finance section within the 5th platoon serves as team leader responsible for the accountability of 3 junior enlisted Soldiers instructs and supervises postal activity functions for international and domestic mail, finance and general postal matters responsible for personnel management and provides technical guidance on administrative functions reviews basic military correspondence answers inquiries from staff and additionally serves as an Administrative Assistant for 3 platoons.
